At Premier Rental-Purchase, we take great pride in our Customer Service. Please let us know how we did. We would like to Congratulate Michael Christian of our Williamsburg Location for Outstanding Customer Service! Valencia Marsh called our customer service line to extend her sincere appreciation for Michael Christian. She said that Michael delivered her merchandise and was extremely courteous and patient. She went on to express how outgoing and nice of a person he was. She said he made her feel appreciated and felt it was refreshing to see someone with such top-notch manners. Congratulations Michael!
We would like to compliment April Bullock for being recognized as a beautiful person. Lavenigus Stewart called in to express How beautiful the people were in Manassas. She said, "I am so Siked" " Which means Happy" she said April was so sweet and felt that she really cared about her and her merchandise. Congratulations April

We would like to recognize Debbie Roberts for the following Customer Service Compliment. Rufus Goodman a new member of the Manassas family could not rest until he expressed his compliments of store associate Debbie Roberts. He stated that he received not only excellent customer service but that she was an extremely pleasant person to talk to. Making him feel part of the family. He said he had never heard of Techwood but Debbie successfully recommended, educated and excited him about purchasing one of their products. Since receiving his new stereo he is 100% satisfied with her recommendation and the experience he had with our Manassas location. Congratulations Debbie!

We would like to recognize William Kurak for the following Customer Service Compliment. Alicia Curry a Williamsburg customer felt the urge to let us know how wonderful William was. She said that every time she enters our store she is recognized and greeted by name with a warm feeling of friendliness. She went on to say that William is very helpful and always asks how her television and VCR are doing. Showing her a concern for her satisfaction as a Premier Customer. Congratulations William!

We would like to compliment Debbie Roberts for her role at Premier Rental Purchase. Mary Morgan a seven-year veteran at premier had to stand up and point out the excellence she saw in Debbie. She stated that up until she began dealing with Debbie Roberts she was very unsatisfied with her dealings at our Manassas location. She went on to add that were it not for our product she would have gone elsewhere, but that is the past. Not only does Ms. Morgan like our products but she has a renewed interest in our store personnel as a result of Debbie Roberts extending herself as not only a problem solver, but very nice and outstanding in her professional attitude. As far as Ms. Morgan is concerned Debbie is the best thing to hit Manassas in eight years. Congratulations Debbie!
